Adds an integration guide for Google Cloud with Workforce Identity Federation (OIDC) using ZITADEL as external identity provider. This guide also covers the required custom claims with Actions.

@livio-a I hope I understand that correctly but without special attribute mappers, the following claims seem to be defaults:

Also is the ctx.v1.user.human.displayName correct?
