How to use

It is very easy to use bkzep. In order to use bokeh in zeppelin. You just need to add the following 2 lines

from bokeh.io import output_notebook
import bkzep
output_notebook(notebook_type='zeppelin')

Here's 2 examples:

  1. How to show figure in Apache Zeppelin
  2. How to show bokeh app in Apache Zeppelin
%python

from bokeh.plotting import figure
from bokeh.io import show,output_notebook
import bkzep
output_notebook(notebook_type='zeppelin')

f = figure()
f.line(x=[1,2],y=[3,4])
show(f)
%python

import pandas as pd
from bokeh.layouts import row, widgetbox
from bokeh.models import Select, Slider
from bokeh.charts import Histogram
from bokeh.io import show, output_notebook
from bokeh.application.handlers import FunctionHandler
from bokeh.application import Application
from bokeh.plotting import figure, ColumnDataSource
import pandas as pd
import yaml

from bokeh.layouts import column
from bokeh.models import ColumnDataSource, Slider
from bokeh.plotting import figure
from bokeh.themes import Theme
from bokeh.io import show, output_notebook

import bkzep
output_notebook(notebook_type='zeppelin')
