Add paper wallet support

We could have tools that let people generate paper wallets.

So if my opinion matters, I vote no for this issue.

For storing bitcoins on paper, seed phrases are much better than paper wallets.

How about this? Encrypt the wallet with password, then break it up into qr codes. Create a pdf then print it out.
