booggle is a fictional ghost inspired web implementation of a popular word game
involving a 4x4 grid of letters.

The latest handlebars JS can be fetched from https://handlebarsjs.com.

dictionary.txt has one word per line in lowercase and can be fetched from
various places. For example, I am using the NWL 2020 word list.
