The like icon as seen in Figma differs whether it is a post or a comment/reply.

Logic

The underlying functionality is identical.

Likes must be anonymous. We like with the same identity as we reply in the said thread.

On account recovery - the tradeoff taken is someone can Like the same post twice. We don't want to lock users out of this functionality.
