Classification using our existing work in the MVP and/or with Perspective API https://www.perspectiveapi.com/

Add a simple algorithm to easily detect obvious personal data in speech (names, etc).

Do not pre-moderate the content at this stage. Just flag it and add it to the moderation queue.
