Please add to Racket’s official package catalog.

Hi,

I was impressed with this in the last picture competition

Could you add a licence and add to Racket’s official package catalog so others can use it in the 2020 summer picture competition.

I just worked out that GitHub lets me add a checklist:

• use raco pkg install to install a package,
• create an info.rkt file containing package metadata, and
• add a package to Racket’s official package catalog.

I'd like to include tessellation in the list of tools for the summer picture competition. I intend to announce about after the 7.8 release(due at the end of July), so I'd like to be able to test your package before then.

That's a good idea actually. I'll see if I can find the time to do that. The package is up here https://pkgd.racket-lang.org/pkgn/package/tessellation by the way. It looks like it's showing some dependency warnings so I'll try to see what's up with this.
