tray icon is no longer generated at runtime
complete rewrite of the hotkey input system
- ~~hotkeys can be rebound (for now only via manual config file edits)~~ (rebinding keys is broken due to an oversight)
- holding keys behaves more reasonably
- reduced CPU utilization
