imresize imported from scipy.misc in datasets_torch.py has been removed from scipy since version 1.3 (see related raghakot/keras-vis#209 (comment)).

Using another function to do the same job, or adding a requirements.txt file with the appropriate scipy version (e.g. 1.1) could solve the problem.
