More blp reading errors

This error is from WoW TBC 2.4.3. The textures/minimap folder should have about 16,404 blp images. blp-conv only managed to convert about 8,828 of them. The remaining not converted had the same error as above. Many other files had the same issue. It seems as though the minimap, worldmap, and bakednpctextures folders are the main problem areas.

In total, there are 82005 blp files in TBC, in which blp-conv can only convert 73611 of them.

3.3.5a has a total of 111072 blp files, and blp-conv can only convert 106831.
