Feature Request: visualize .ical or ics files in tickets

Common use case, that a client invites with a ical/ics file to a meeting.
Sadly this file types are not recognized properly by znuny. Also - sadly - agents oversee the attachment, which makes the situation even more worse.
it would be great to have a visualization about the attached file incl. Schedule, provided links (zoom, teams) and so on to be cleartext readable to the agents. So nothing cannot be overseen by a "too fast" agent.
