EM: Stop saving Snapshot along with Full Text PDF? #2877

i.e. check if we've saved a Full Text PDF attachment, and if we have, don't save the snapshot. That's what we recommend for non-generic translators, and it's annoying to have to clean up EM output when you call it from another translator and don't want it saving its snapshot.
