Context menu appears on second monitor

I can reproduce this on macOS by arranging a second monitor below the primary one and clicking in either the tag selector or the items list towards the bottom of the primary one. For me, with a 2560x1600 monitor as primary and 1920x1200 as secondary, it switches at exactly 1098 pixels from the top.

Maybe this will go away after the Fx60 upgrade? (I can't reproduce it in Firefox 52 ESR, though, so it's something in our distribution.)
