ZSS source code opensourcing #9

ZSS is a module required by the Zowe virtual desktop infrastructure. Its source code is currently not available to the community.

Rocket Software plans to make the source code available by March 31st 2019.

In the interim, the binary component will be made available via an alternate download. Details to retrieve the binary module will be made available prior to the Zowe GA announcement in December.

@jplinardon I will close this, ZSS is now open source.
