Hi, thanks for this wonderful package in Python. I was wondering if it would be possible or if it is planned to integrate GSVA calculation in this package, similarly to the GSVA R package, which also calculates ssGSEA:

I am exploring the possibility of doing my analyses and building tools completely in Python, having GSVA in this package which I already extensively use, would be great.

Hi, @ftamiro . Thank you for the suggestion. However, I don't have the bandwidth recently to add new algorithms. If you're familiar with GSVA, you're welcome to contribute. I'll see what I can do, but there is no a deadline promised

close now. gsva has been added to gseapy v1.1.0
