The node.set and node.set_unless attribute levels were deprecated in Chef 12, and have been removed in Chef 14.

Working on ohai-5 and chef-14 compatibility. This fixes some issues but not all tests pass, see: https://travis-ci.org/dermarens/dovecot-cookbook/jobs/391843519
