Add list of working terminal emulators (per platform?)

Given the issues we've had with colors on different terminal emulators, I thought it'd be good to work on a list of those which work fine, and those which don't.

Currently work well: (except issue with 16-color streams)

• xterm
• uxterm (see xterm)
• gnome-terminal (@preetmishra @neiljp, https://help.gnome.org/users/gnome-terminal/stable/)
• iterm2 [mac] (feedback from @sumanthvrao)
• kitty (feedback from @rht, https://sw.kovidgoyal.net/kitty/)
• Konsole (KDE) (feedback from @kaustubh-nair, https://konsole.kde.org/)
• Termite (feedback from @kaustubh-nair, https://github.com/thestinger/termite)
• Terminator (feedback from @kaustubh-nair, https://launchpad.net/terminator)
• Microsoft Terminal (feedback from @amanagr)

Don't currently work well (unless we know/can-determine workarounds)

• urxvt (feedback from @neiljp)
• mosh (was working better? @neiljp)
• terminal app [mac] (if that's the right name) (feedback from @sumanthvrao @aditya-sarkar441)

This is now merged/fixed via #689 - if other terminal emulators are tried, or there are updates on the status of them, please discuss this in the stream or open issues.

We can also open issues for different emulators regarding some issues, perhaps, such as the color support.
