Display emoji in notifications

Currently emoji in notifications display as the emoji text- so you'll get :smiley: in your message. This is related to this commit, which was related to a webkit bug.

If the webkit bug is no longer relevant, it'd be a nice user facing improvement to display emoji (and realm emoji) in messages.

@swallitsch Thanks for the feature request. We use spritesheets to display emojis. I looked at the documentation of both chrome as well as firefox and didn't find a way to display images using such a setup. One workaround is to turn emojis to actual characters and then use system glyphs to render them but we had problem with that setup that for some emojis glyphs are not present in the system. So that will also be an inconsistent experience.
