The ‘Upgrade’ button still displays on the top right when a free subscriber is logged in, even if I have not set up a paying members tier. Clicking on it pops up a window to 'choose your plan', with (obviously:) no plans selectable.

This obviously isn't a real solution, but a temporary workaround is to completely remove the button entirely, deleting line 35-39 in partials/navigation-meta.hbs works or as I have here
