Universal Crouch Kick Fix v1.0pre

• added 8ms crouch kick buffer setting
  The buffer holds your first jump or crouch input for 8 milliseconds. If the other input is pressed within those 8 milliseconds, both inputs will be sent at the exact same time. If no other input is pressed, your first buffered input will be sent as normal after the 8 milliseconds have passed.
  (if you put a file called crouchkick.wav in your main Titanfall2 directory, that sound will be played when the buffer is activated)

This build is here so you can test it out yourself and form an opinion on whether this should be considered leaderboard legal for the future. We will hold a vote on the potential legality of this function of SRMM before the Mach 2 March Tournament.

omg cheater update

• added simple TAS mode
  • automatically sets sv_cheats
  • disables audio fade for segmenting
  • shows a "TAS" display in top left instead of sv_cheats and host_timescale
• re-added timescale binds to the bottom of the keybind menu (0.05, 0.2 and 5)
