- full game reset binds now disable practice mode automatically (IL reset binds don't because there are situations where you'd want to restart the level while practicing, if this is super wack lmk I'm okay with changing this)

these savestates literally just teleport you, so they don't account for level progression or which wall you touched last
they also don't work with NCS saves because they're ancient

and such is now rendered to fullscreen, making it visible during the BT intro cutscene (it should also no longer be partially off screen for 21:9 monitors) - CKF display is now attached to the standard cockpit UI, meaning it will appear along with the default weapon/equipment hud (except for in BT for whatever reason idk lol)

- standard output console that logs info about crouch kick inputs (for testing and debugging, not to be used in runs)
- speedometer is now visible in while embarked on BT and during no-hud sequences like Timestop (ENC3) and Escape (TFW)

- fixed automatic jump when uncrouching after sliding off a ledge
known ckf bugs:
- sending crouch kick inputs without the console open will cause it to not output when opening
- game will sometimes freeze when closing
