Usage

Do the following commands, then the executables will be in your $GOPATH/bin/ folder.

• fasta2phylip

    go get github.com/zxjsdp/bioinfo-go/commands/fasta2phylip
  

• phylip2fasta

    go get github.com/zxjsdp/bioinfo-go/commands/phylip2fasta
