Add Manga OCR.
This is the best Japanese Manga OCR I know of.
Unlike existing OCR, MangaOCR can process multiple lines of images at once, so it adds
--use-mocr-merge, a function to merge text and then OCR it.recommand not use
--use-mocr-mergeSince the current MangaOCR library cannot process batch, the implementation for this be omitted.
Font color is predicted using the
48pxmodel.
