Cannot click to move cursor to first character of document #3349

You mean click with the left mouse button, right? It works for me: clicking on the first character of a file moves the cursor to this character, as expected. I've checked that on 2.0.13 it works as well. Maybe some of your settings or installed plugins make it not work. Does it still not work if you run micro with |
Apparently it's because I turned off ruler. It only works with ruler on |
Ok, I can reproduce it and found the cause. Fixed in #3355. |
Even by knowing the PR I'm not able to reproduce the issue, especially since no tab was mentioned so far. |
Just open some file in micro, disable the ruler and disable the diffgutter, and then try to click on the first character in the buffer (i.e. the top left corner of the screen). |

When I click on the first character of a document, aka the top left corner, the cursor does not move. I have to click right next to it and use an arrow key. This does not happen in Nano.
