When the command or find prompts are open with Ctrl+E and Ctrl+F, we are not able to select/copy/scroll anything into the buffers, forcing us to first Escape and then select/copy/scroll.
I stumbled upon this because I was trying to copy an option name from the help buffer to change its value with > set ..., which I had already opened. I also stumbled upon this while trying to find a word and consequently not being able to scroll in any buffers.
PS: Thank you a whole lot for micro. As soon as I tried it, I felt a great joy and realized the pain I was inflicting to myself by using standard nano for years. It is a delight to use and brings many good, useful things to the every day work in the terminal.
Cheers,
