Safehood is helping people communicate with each other safely to 
empower community collaboration around personal safety and 
peace of mind.

In practice this is an anonymous way for people to message their
neighbors.

Note: our Tropo scripts (for handling voice/SMS sending and receiving) live on their website. We have copies of them in /public/rb/.

## Environment Variables

The following environment variables must be set:

  * FLOCKY_TOKEN
  * FLOCKY_USERNAME
  * FLOCKY_PASSWORD
  * FLOCKY_APPNUM
  
To set environment variables in a UNIX based system, do something
similar to the following:

  * `export FLOCKY_TOKEN=<your_value_goes_here>`
