Toolbelt can add browser native lazy loading to post content and avatars.

There's more information about native lazy loading on CSS Tricks.

Native lazy loading is now enabled in WordPress core. This module will only activate if it's not available in core (for older WordPress installs). I will remove the module in a future version.
