Migrates all the CocoaPods Targets into Frameworks, and then uses swift's
importsyntax to make it work. I've made forks of the swift libs we use with Podspecs and added support in CocoaPods-Keys.Just need to wait out on some changes around the Podspec, and this is mergable to master. We'd need to change README too.
