reco comparisons: maps for 2017,2018 fastsim; new plots

• the matrix short-hand remapping/renaming file is updated
  • add 2017 and 2018 fastsim workflows
    • the 2018 workflow was added to the short matrix in add 2018 fastsim workflow to the short matrix cmssw#35804; this update will resolve the bot warnings about the missing matrix map
  • improve grouping of Run-2 MC workflows which are not following the upgrade workflow "standard" numbering
• new plots added in reco comparisons for
  • diamondSampicLocalTracks , which was added in Diamond sampic dqm cmssw#35445
  • ticlSimTrackstersFromCP , which was added in [HGCAL] From CaloParticle to SimTrackster in the Validation linking section cmssw#34800
