Use of https://github.com/cms-data/CalibCalorimetry-EcalTrivialCondModules replacing CalibCalorimetry/EcalTrivialCondModules/data in CMSSW

PR description:

PR #26522 mixed with #5 for data suppressed from CMSSW did not work for PFRecHitsThrezsholds (path problem) : solved

PR validation:

Tests with CondTools/Ecal/python/ cmsRun copyEcalPFRecHitThresholdsFromFile_cfg.py.py file : OK now.
