[HGCAL] Updating RelVal campaign scripts

PR description:

We update scripts we use for the regularly announced release validation campaigns due to the recent PR #31695, so that multiclusters could be correctly placed in the hgcal validation webpage.

PR validation:

We have tested that they work without problems with the ongoing 11_2_0_pre7_phase2 validation campaign.
