Migrate deprecated EDModule for CondFormats/DTObjects

Migrates the deprecated EDAnalyzer for CondFormats/DTObjects to the new One version as described in #36404. This is the last part for DT of this spreadsheet.

  • Files touched in this PR are all in the CondFormats/DTObjects test directory
• Failures in Generator/GenWeight like this one in 135.4 and this one in 10042.0 can't possibly come from changes in this PR which only touches files under CondFormats/DTObjects/test/stubs
