Cleanup geant4 user code

PR description:

Code clean-up, debug information improvement, dead code removal. No change of results of any WF is expected.

Added optional features:

1. detailed verbatim printout for MCtruth
2. added possibility to add Geant4 UI commands end of run
3. added command based scoring, which extend capabilities to study neutron and other background
