2023 Scenarios Cleanup

• Muon data description directories/files cleanup:
  • introduced two sub-directories for Phase II scenarios: with and without ME0
  • obsolete, unused, duplicated files removed
  • no changes in scenarios which already included Muon sub-dets
• Update CFCal scenarios to include ME0
• Update all Shashlik scenarios to include ME0
