[DB] [LLVM14] Apply code checks

Applying code checks changes suggested by LLVM 14 ( which we want to integrate in cmssw once fully testing in CLANG IBs).
performance-unnecessary-copy-initialization and readability-container-size-empty checks suggested these modifications.
