Add monitoring plots for shared track fraction to vertex validation

In the process of producing vertex performance plots it turned out to be useful to have monitoring plots for the fraction of reco vertex tracks that are associated to TrackingParticles of a sim vertex that is matched to the reco vertex. In addition, an optional cut on this variable is added to the reco-sim vertex matching.

To be forward-ported to 75x.
