Oxygen cheat sheets

Here are John's steps to do the transform the PDF directly from Oxygen:

take copy of the debrief.info.zip file, from org.mwc.debrief.help/cheat_sheets
find the Oxygen installation folder
unzip the zip file into oxygen/frameworks/dita/DITA-OT/plugins (so we see info.debrief in that folder)
cd to the DITA-OT directory and type ant -f integrator.xml
open Oxygen, navigate to the map.ditamap file that is in the org.mwc.debrief.help/cheat_sheets/dita
open the file in Oxygen
open the "configure transformation scenarios" dialog box in Oxygen
take a duplicate of the DITA Map PDF scenario
edit the scenario by adding a new Parameter: transtype with value of debrief

You can then run the job, and the PDF will open. The PDF
