The Basic training session allows you a few settings.

  • Audio cues: use the program Default or 100m. When 100m is selected, you will receive audio cues every 100 metres.
  • Sport: You can select from Running, Biking, Other, Orienteering, and Walking
  • Target: Select None, Pace, or Heartrate zone. Note that the Heartrate option requires you to configure the appropriate device for use with RunnerUp. If you select Pace, then you will also be able to set your target pace.
