E2K: added initial support of MCST Elbrus 2000 CPU architecture #558

E2K (Elbrus 2000) - this is VLIW/EPIC architecture, like Intel Itanium (IA-64) architecture.

Oh, that's awesome, thanks for the patch! I never had my hands on one of these CPUs, but was intrigued when reading about Boris Babayan.

Just a few minor nits, though.
