Background

raix.reactive is an ActionScript 3.0 black-box port of the Reactive Extensions framework from Microsoft, though the project is in no way connected with Microsoft.

The credit of the framework really belongs to Erik Meijer, Jeffrey van Gogh, Wes Dyer and the rest of the Rx team. My only credit is the continued tenacity to bring the framework to a platform that sorely needs it.

While the documentation on this wiki attempts to introduce the concepts as well as possible, there are official learnings coming that will be linked via the External Resources.
