This is a large release for developers/distros, but a relatively minor release for users. In particular:

• The build system has been switched to meson, all distros will need to update their packages to use meson instead
• Various compiler and GTK issues have been fixed, now the required GTK3 version is 3.22
• libnotify has been dropped for GNotification in glib instead
• minimum glib version is now 2.56 and minimum json-glib version is now 1.2.8
• New feature: custom headers to be passed to transmission
• New feature: automatic pasting of magnet links when adding a magnet torrent
