Update Semi-Pro to Season 2024-A (#17)

- IN: Argon, Docta, Gravel Basher, Mosher, Twenty-M, Yognac.
- OUT: Sokudo, Toy-World GT, RC-Erra, Victoria, Ducktail, M4 Dirtmaster, Otaku-D, Sidepod, Project Octagon.
