efgallery index.css and noscript cleanup for pkgsrc

This release fixes a few bugs in the noscript.html (and facebook and twitter titles), it also:

• makes symlink to view subdirectory default for BSD OS's (in order to auto-update those galleries)
• ensures that the throbber really disappears during a slideshow during slow connections
• cleans up index.css
