- Remove App.config, FileTypeChecker.nuspec, and AssemblyInfo.cs
- Add references to NuGet packages
- Rewrite FileTypeChecker.csproj to build against all .NET Standard, .NET Core, and .NET Framework versions
- Rewrite FileTypeChecker.Tests.csproj to build against all .NET Framework versions
