Description of the Change

The https://github.com/10up/eight-day-week/blob/develop/readme.txt states Eight Day Week is tested-up-to 5.2, but the repo badge says otherwise. This updates the badge to denote 5.2.

Benefits

Properly display the WordPress.org tested-up-to version.
