Description of the Change

GitHub Actions formatting has changed since we originally added the deploy workflows to this repo, this PR updates to the current YAML standards and location of the files.

none identified

Verification Process

Can't verify locally, but utilizing workflows from other projects with changes relevant to Eight Day Week (e.g., slug naming) so this is a little merge and hope it works.
