Description of the Change

Now that the plugin has been set up correctly on translate.wordpress.org, we no longer have a need for the /languages directory and files within. This PR removes those files/directory, I've in parallel submitted the existing German translations up to translate.wordpress.org for GTE review and submission as a language pack from wp.org.
