Proving underground for using common_travis repo as a dependency
What being tested here is:
- Setup a common travis config (now stored in https://github.com/130s/common_travis)
- This repo (user_common_travis) depends on the travis config there so that this repo does not need to maintain its own travis config
https://github.com/jsk-ros-pkg/jsk_common (travis is stored in https://github.com/jsk-ros-pkg/jsk_travis) has already implemented the idea in its complexity. I want to establish something simpler.
