This PR sets up the initial asset file organization and asset building for the guides.
All assets (images,
jsandscssfiles) that would be shared among the guides are placed into theassets/_common/folder and into respective subdirectories. This allows room for guides to have individual or custom images that would be organized underassets/<guide-name>. For example, an illustration on the derisking guide might be placed inassets/derisking/img/guide-covers-circle.pngCloses #283
