Since feature specs are rather slow and we've got three of them here, maybe it would be enough to have a view spec for this behavior instead if we can't otherwise collapse these? (i.e. in spec/views/idv/by_mail/enter_code/index.html.erb_spec.rb)

@amirbey I met with the UX team and we have decided to allow the banners to be stacked. We can give precedence to yours on the maximum limit, i.e. be on top. The banner for LG-11186 is temporary, we will move to remove it after 30 days. For future instances, we will avoid these interactions of multiple banners. But here, we are comfortable moving forward as is. |

@amirbey Per your request adding our Slack discussion with @Kamal-Munshi about adding "until%{end_date}" - this doesn't fit the current scope of the work. We will monitor any user feedback and discuss this for future iterations. |
